BelitongToday, Tanjungpandan – Stevie Wooten, a cruise ship tourist from Seattle, United States of America, was one of 80 National Geography (Linbland Cruise) cruise ship tourists who visited the Belitung Malay Traditional House, Wednesday (11/23) afternoon.
Interviewed directly by BelitongToday, Stevie Wooten and her son Sean admitted that they liked everything about Belitung.
“I like Belitung, I like everything, I like traveling, seeing and meeting people,” she said.
Stevie admitted that she liked the world of photography, one of which is photographing children and animals.
“It was a great fun,” she said simply.
She added, this visit was his first visit to Belitung, even though he had previously visited Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Stevie Wooten’s son, Sean Wooten, when asked about the west monsoon last night, and whether he felt the big waves, said he felt it.
“Yes, we experienced it last night on the ship, (big waves) in the middle of the night and had trouble sleeping because of it,” he stated.
As we all know, West Monsoon happens in the area of Bangka Belitung in the month of October, November, and December each year.
Sean said that their next trip was to visit Mount Krakatau and end in Bali, while previously visited Singapore and Anambas in Riau islands province.
“Then we will fly home, go back to work, and collect money to have a vacation again,” he added. (Angga)
