BelitongToday, Tanjungpandan – Belitung Regency Government will make an inflation calendar to assist the government in controlling the regional inflation rate.
“This calendar can also predict the potential for inflation, for example in what month inflation occurs, how to intervene,” Vice Regent of Belitung, Isyak Meirobie, told BelitongToday, Wednesday (1/18).
The Vice Regent explained that the calendar can also be used every year to find out inflation problems, whether there are additional innovations or additional interventions.
Apart from that, continued Isyak, an integrative calendar will also be made to find out the stock of goods at the supplier level such as the Logistics Bureau, the Agriculture Department, the Fisheries Department, and others.
“So that the Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) can monitor together how stock availability and prices of basic commodities are,” he explained.
Isyak added that the local government will also develop an inflation monitoring application.
The application functions to determine and control regional inflation.
“Later there will be an alarm that sounds if the price has exceeded the price which can contribute to inflation,” he marked. (Mg1)
