This is because the only representative entrance to Belitung is from the airport since we do not have a fleet of ferry boats for tourists.
Q: What is the target number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting Belitung in 2023?
A: The number of tourist arrivals in Belitung until August are: domestic tourists are 180,543 people and foreign tourists are 1,953 people. So, the total are 182,496 tourists. The number of our tourists is not as big as in previous years, but now the number of tourists entering Belitung is quite good. Hopefully in 2023 we will increase the target.
